Part time HR Manager – c3 days per week

Elevation Recruitment Group are delighted to be working with one of our SME manufacturing clients based in west Leeds, looking to recruit a Part-time HR Manager, c24 hours per week. The role can be carried out over 3 or 4 days and will be onsite, some flexibility will be considered.

Reporting into the CEO and supporting the senior management team, this is a fantastic opportunity for a creative and energetic HR professional to lead on all aspects of HR. The business has worked hard to ensure it's a great place to work. The role will focus on performance management, capability, supporting managers, HR systems, improving policies and procedures as well as ensuring the business is up to date on employment legislation and process.
We're looking for a progressive all-round HR professional, perhaps someone currently in a Senior HR Advisor role ready to take full accountability and responsibility for HR or someone already in a HR management role who can bring experience of best practice to the business. You should be passionate about HR with the positive drive, inspiration and influence to really make a difference. Ideally CIPD Level 5 or higher and/or can demonstrate experiential learning and capability.
