We have just picked up an exciting opportunity for a skilled Finance Business Partner to join a growing operations division within a fantastic manufacturing organisation. This role offers a unique opportunity to be part of a forward-thinking team in a growing and evolving business area. You will have the chance to shape financial processes and reporting structures while working closely with senior stakeholders to influence key business decisions. Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary financial support for field operations, ensuring accurate period-end reporting and variance analysis.
- Develop and implement weekly KPI reporting to enhance financial performance monitoring.
- Establish strong business partner relationships with key operational stakeholders.
- Lead the preparation of operational budgets and forecasts, providing clear explanations of key drivers.
- Develop and embed a contract job costing process, ensuring accurate financial planning and monitoring.
- Provide financial training and awareness to field management and planning teams.
- Support ad hoc projects and strategic business decisions through financial insights and analysis.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Fully qualified accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA).
- Strong understanding of management accounts and balance sheet controls.
- Experience in finance business partnering with non-financial stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present data effectively.
- Strong influencing and communication skills, with the ability to engage with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in financial systems and reporting tools (experience with SAP is an advantage).
- Ability to work independently, managing multiple priorities in a changing environment.
