What You’ll Be Doing:

✅ Leading and mentoring a team of design engineers, draughtsmen, and technical authors

✅ Managing design projects , ensuring quality, efficiency, and compliance

✅ Overseeing Autodesk Inventor/SolidWorks designs before manufacturing

✅ Collaborating cross-functionally on concept designs and technical solutions

✅ Enhancing design processes to boost efficiency

What We’re Looking For:

Engineering degree (or equivalent experience)

5+ years in engineering or management

Expertise in Autodesk Inventor or SolidWorks

Strong leadership and team management skills

Experience designing special-purpose machinery or automated production equipment
