Elevation Senior Finance are delighted to be recruiting a newly qualified Group Financial Accountant (ACA/ACCA) to join a dynamic Group Finance function. Working closely with the Senior Group Financial Accountant, you will play a key role in delivering accurate and timely financial reporting across the Group.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the annual external audit process, including coordination with auditors and preparation of statutory accounts for the Group and subsidiaries
- Assisting with accounting for joint ventures and newly acquired entities
- Contributing to the monthly management accounts process, including consolidation adjustments and intercompany reconciliations
- Reviewing regional submissions and providing insightful feedback to finance teams
- Ensuring compliance with reporting standards and assessing the impact of new accounting requirements
- Maintaining a strong financial control environment
- Supporting ad hoc Group Finance projects
About you:
- Newly qualified ACA/ACCA, ideally seeking a first move into industry
- Strong technical accounting knowledge, particularly IFRS 15
- Experience supporting or leading audit processes
- Highly organised, with the ability to meet tight deadlines
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with confidence working across finance and non-finance teams
- Proactive, self-motivated, and keen to take ownership
- Advanced Excel skills
