Elevation Senior Finance are delighted to be recruiting a newly qualified Group Financial Accountant (ACA/ACCA) to join a dynamic Group Finance function. Working closely with the Senior Group Financial Accountant, you will play a key role in delivering accurate and timely financial reporting across the Group.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the annual external audit process, including coordination with auditors and preparation of statutory accounts for the Group and subsidiaries
  • Assisting with accounting for joint ventures and newly acquired entities
  • Contributing to the monthly management accounts process, including consolidation adjustments and intercompany reconciliations
  • Reviewing regional submissions and providing insightful feedback to finance teams
  • Ensuring compliance with reporting standards and assessing the impact of new accounting requirements
  • Maintaining a strong financial control environment
  • Supporting ad hoc Group Finance projects

About you:

  • Newly qualified ACA/ACCA, ideally seeking a first move into industry
  • Strong technical accounting knowledge, particularly IFRS 15
  • Experience supporting or leading audit processes
  • Highly organised, with the ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, with confidence working across finance and non-finance teams
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and keen to take ownership
  • Advanced Excel skills
