Elevation Senior Finance are delighted to be recruiting a newly qualified Group Financial Accountant (ACA/ACCA) to join a dynamic Group Finance function. Working closely with the Senior Group Financial Accountant, you will play a key role in delivering accurate and timely financial reporting across the Group.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the annual external audit process, including coordination with auditors and preparation of statutory accounts for the Group and subsidiaries.
  • Assisting with accounting for joint ventures and newly acquired entities.
  • Contributing to the monthly management accounts process, including consolidation adjustments and intercompany reconciliations.
  • Reviewing regional submissions and providing insightful feedback to finance teams.
  • Ensuring compliance with reporting standards and assessing the impact of new accounting requirements.
  • Maintaining a strong financial control environment.
  • Supporting ad hoc Group Finance projects.

Requirements:

  • Newly qualified ACA/ACCA, ideally seeking a first move into industry.
  • Strong technical accounting knowledge, particularly IFRS 15.
  • Experience supporting or leading audit processes.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, with confidence working across finance and non-finance teams.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
