Elevation Recruitment Group are delighted to be recruiting for a successful and growing technology business in Retford. The company has grown from £15 Million to £50 Million over the last 7 years and are expecting further growth in the next few coming years.
They are currently looking for an Accountant to join the firm and this will be an all-round role encompassing both management and financial accounting. The company offers an excellent benefits package including:
- Salary: £50-60K Dependent on experience
- Pension: company contribution up to 4%
- Company paid Bupa cover
- 25 days holiday + bank
- Annual professional fees paid
Duties will be varied and will include:
- Preparation of Monthly and Consolidated Management Accounts
- Balance Sheet Reconciliations
- P&L ownership
- Cashflow forecasting
- Variance analysis from actuals to forecast
- Intercompany reconciliations
- Coordination of monthly SLT and board pack
- Maintaining final controls and compliance
- Cash management initiatives
- Preparation of detailed rolling forecasts across multiple currencies
- Submission of external reporting requirements including; National statistics (ONS), VAT Returns and Corporation Tax Returns
- Supporting year end statutory accounts preparation
- Timely delivery of the external audit process
- Providing ad-hoc cover for the Senior Finance Manager
The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experiences:
- ACA/ ACCA Qualified
- Ideally practice trained (First or 2nd time mover)
- Good reporting and analytical skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to deal with stakeholders at all levels
