\\nElevation Recruitment Group are working with a leading business based in Doncaster who're looking for a Finance Manager for an interim period of 6-12 months. This role requires a dynamic individual with strong financial leadership and technical skills, particularly in cashflow management, consolidation, and audits.

\\nKey Responsibilities: 

\\n\\n

\\n\\t
• Production of year-end statutory accounts

\\n\\t

• Prepare consolidated management accounts for all entities

\\n\\t

• Leading the annual audit, and liaising with the external auditors

\\n\\t

• Develop and maintain financial policies, procedures, and controls

\\n\\t

• Manage financial planning, forecasting, and analysis to support decision-making

\\n\\t

• Lead and mentor the finance team to ensure effective performance

\\n\\t

• Collaborate with senior leadership on financial strategy and business planning

\\n\\t

• Identify opportunities for financial efficiency and process improvement

\\n

\\n\\n

Key Skills:

\\n\\n

\\n\\t
• Fully Qualified (CIMA/ACCA/ ACA) or QBE

\\n\\t

• Good working knowledge of Excel and working with large sets of data

\\n\\t

• Knowledge of Manufacturing would be an advantage

\\n\\t

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

\\n

\\n\\n
