As the business expands through acquisition, they need an experienced Zendesk specialist to own their multi-brand platform - keeping BAU running whilst leading the technical integration of newly acquired businesses. This is a hands-on configuration role with real scope. You'll work across a complex omnichannel environment, introduce AI-powered improvements, and shape platform direction for a customer base that spans multiple brands and languages.
