We are seeking an experienced and driven Head of Customer Sales Support to join our team on a 9–12 month maternity cover contract. This is a key leadership role, responsible for overseeing the sales support function and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, efficient support to our sales team and customers. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and commercially-minded individual to step into a senior role and make an immediate impact within a dynamic and fast-paced business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, develop and motivate the Sales Support team to deliver exceptional service
  • Oversee all sales support processes, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and continuous improvement
  • Act as a key link between Sales, Operations, and Customer Service teams
  • Drive process improvements and implement best practices to enhance performance
  • Manage reporting, forecasting support, and sales administration activities
  • Ensure KPIs and SLAs are consistently met and exceeded
  • Support senior leadership with insights, analysis, and operational recommendations

  • Proven experience in a Customer Sales Support function.
