Elevation Recruitment Group are delighted to be working on behalf of a leading manufacturing business to recruit a Senior Finance Analyst on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially focused finance professional to join a fast-paced, high-volume environment, providing key financial insight and analysis to support operational and strategic decision-making across multiple sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Produce accurate and timely financial reporting, including weekly and monthly performance reporting
- Support month-end close processes and ensure reporting deadlines are met
- Develop, analyse and communicate key performance indicators to drive business performance
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes, providing insight into key financial drivers
- Deliver meaningful financial analysis to support operational and commercial decision-making
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across finance and operational teams
- Identify opportunities for cost efficiencies and continuous improvement initiatives
- Prepare and monitor monthly management reports, investigating and resolving variances
- Support business improvement projects and provide ad-hoc financial analysis as required
About You:
- Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or Qualified by Experience. Part-qualified candidates nearing completion will also be considered
- Strong Excel skills with the ability to analyse and interpret large volumes of data
- Previous experience in a manufacturing, FMCG, logistics or operationally focused environment would be advantageous
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Proactive, organised and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Commercially minded with a keen eye for detail and continuous improvement
