Elevation Recruitment is proud to be partnering with a specialist wholesale business based near Worksop, who are looking to recruit a Purchasing Assistant to join their team. If you’re proactive with suppliers, great at building relationships and are good with an Excel spreadsheet, then this role is for you!
Working hours: 8:30am – 4:30pm Monday to Friday

What you’ll be doing:
- Managing UK & Overseas suppliers
- Placing and tracking orders to keep stock levels just right
- Building strong relationships with suppliers to get the best results
- Working with ERP systems and Excel to manage data and spot trends
- Coordinating with teams across the business – sales, operations, warehouse
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in purchasing, stock control or supply chain (essential)
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Able to manage your own workload and look for smarter ways of working
