Elevation Recruitment Group are supporting a global manufacturing company who are looking for a Production Supervisor to lead their reconditioning operation, overseeing the refurbishment and reassembly of industrial packaging products. This is a key leadership role within the production management team, responsible for ensuring safety, quality, productivity and team engagement across the facility.

As Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operation of a busy manufacturing environment driving people leadership, production planning, performance management and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities of the Production Supervisor include:

  • Lead, motivate and develop your team to achieve operational targets
  • Manage daily production activities, ensuring output, quality and efficiency objectives are met
  • Ensure resources are effectively allocated across the operation
  • Monitor team and individual performance, identifying training and development needs
  • Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with all Health & Safety requirements
  • Maintain operational documentation and production records
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to drive productivity and operational performance
  • Build positive working relationships and maintain strong communication across the wider business

We're looking for Production Supervisors with the following skills & experience:

  • Previous experience in a manufacturing, production or industrial supervisory role
  • Proven people leadership and team development skills
  • Health & Safety qualification such as IOSH or NEBOSH
  • SAP experience would be desirable
  • WAMITAB qualification or willingness to obtain one
  • Experience within recycling, reconditioning, packaging, process manufacturing or industrial production environments
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation abilities
  • Excellent communication skills
  • IT competency and experience using production reporting systems
  • A proactive and hands-on approach to problem solving
