This is a great opportunity for an experienced Production Engineer to develop your career in a high-performing manufacturing environment supporting both ongoing production and new product development activities.
This role will focus on improving manufacturing performance, driving operational efficiencies, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the production function.
As a Production Engineer you will:
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, quality and productivity
- Support production and assembly operations with tooling, fixtures and manufacturing solutions
- Drive Lean Manufacturing initiatives and continuous improvement projects
- Support introduction of new products into manufacturing
- Work with cross-functional teams to resolve production and process issues
- Contribute to cost reduction and operational improvement activities
- Assist with equipment and process development projects
What we are looking for:
- Engineering qualification in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial or related discipline
- Previous experience within a manufacturing or production engineering environment
- Lean Manufacturing experience and structured problem-solving techniques
- Experience improving manufacturing processes and production workflows
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation
- Exposure to Capex or equipment installation projects
- Understanding of quality and process control methodologies
- Able to manage priorities within a fast-paced manufacturing setting
