Our client is on a journey of growth and are now seeking a Group HR Manager to lead the function across multiple businesses. You will shape the HR strategy, partner with senior leadership, and drive a high-performance culture throughout the organisation.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and implement group-wide HR strategies aligned with business goals
- Partner with senior management across all business on people matters
- Lead talent, retention, and succession planning
- Oversee employee relations and ensure compliance with employment law
- Drive learning, development, and engagement initiatives
- Manage compensation, benefits, and reward strategies
- Lead organisational change and development projects
What You’ll Need
- CIPD Level 7 (or equivalent)
- Senior HR leadership experience in a multi-site or group environment within the manufacturing or engineering sector
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law
- Proven track record of delivering strategic HR initiatives
- Excellent stakeholder management and business partnering skills
- Experience in developing and harmonising cultures
