We are recruiting on behalf of an industry leading sportswear and teamwear manufacturer. This is a relationship-focused role suited to someone who thrives on delivering excellent customer service whilst identifying opportunities to grow revenue within an established account base.
Rather than cold calling, the primary focus of this role is managing and developing existing client relationships alongside handling a steady flow of inbound enquiries - making it a great fit for someone who enjoys building rapport and providing a consultative service.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as the first point of contact for inbound customer enquiries, understanding needs and requirements
- Manage and grow an existing portfolio of accounts, predominantly grass root sports clubs
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the existing customer base
- Energy, drive and ambition!
- Comfortable managing multiple accounts and enquiries simultaneously
- Good attention to detail, particularly when processing orders and preparing quotes
- Eager to develop product knowledge and become a go-to resource for customers
- Experience in sportswear, teamwear, workwear, or a similar product environment is desirable
