Packing and Despatch Team Leader β Sheffield β cΒ£30,000 + Benefits
Elevation Recruitment Group are proud to be working exclusively with a leading manufacturing business in Sheffield who are looking to recruit a Packing and Despatch Team Leader to join their team.
This newly created role will see you lead and motivate the Packing & Despatch Department, ensuring customer compliance and internal procedures are followed.

The Role
- Leading the Packing and Despatch team, ensuring processes and customer requirements are met
- Overseeing quality control across packing, labelling and shipping
- Managing despatch for UK and overseas customers, ensuring correct paperwork and transport methods are used
- Coordinating logistics to balance cost and delivery times
- Maintaining stock control through the ERP system
- Overseeing importing, exporting and subcontract service processes
Hours of Work β Monday to Friday β 9am β 5pm (37.5 hours)
The Person
We are looking for someone who is organised, detail-focused and confident in leading a small team. You will ideally have:
- Experience in packing, despatch or logistics
- Knowledge of import and export requirements and documentation
- ERP system experience
- Strong communication skills to work with internal teams and external customers
- Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
