Warehouse Supervisor – Leeds – £35,000

Elevation Recruitment Group are proud to be partnering with a rapidly growing manufacturer in their search for a Warehouse Supervisor to join their team.

As Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse. This includes managing a small team of 4, stock control, health & safety compliance and supporting production through efficient stores coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the warehouse team to meet daily operational targets
  • Plan staffing and workload effectively to ensure smooth warehouse operations
  • Oversee incoming deliveries and ensure quality standards are upheld
  • Coordinate daily stores kitting to align with production requirements
  • Maintain the warehouse training matrix and ensure staff development
  • Ensure all warehouse areas remain clean, organised, and compliant
  • Attend daily production meetings and participate in regular stock takes
  • Drive lean principles and support continuous improvement initiatives
  • Undertake hands-on warehouse tasks when required

Required skills & experience:

  • Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence (Essential)
  • Strong background in warehouse operations and stock control
  • Proven leadership and people management experience
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
