Warehouse Supervisor – Leeds – £35,000
Elevation Recruitment Group are proud to be partnering with a rapidly growing manufacturer in their search for a Warehouse Supervisor to join their team.
As Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse. This includes managing a small team of 4, stock control, health & safety compliance and supporting production through efficient stores coordination.
Benefits/Hours:
- 8am – 4:30pm Monday to Friday
- 23 days holiday + bank holidays

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the warehouse team to meet daily operational targets
- Plan staffing and workload effectively to ensure smooth warehouse operations
- Oversee incoming deliveries and ensure quality standards are upheld
- Coordinate daily stores kitting to align with production requirements
- Maintain the warehouse training matrix and ensure staff development
- Ensure all warehouse areas remain clean, organised, and compliant
- Attend daily production meetings and participate in regular stock takes
- Drive lean principles and support continuous improvement initiatives
- Undertake hands-on warehouse tasks when required
Required skills & experience:
- Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence (Essential)
- Strong background in warehouse operations and stock control
- Proven leadership and people management experience
- Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
