Warehouse Manager – Doncaster – £45,000 + Bonus
Elevation Recruitment Group is working on behalf of a well-established leading logistics business to recruit a Warehouse Manager to run their site in Doncaster. This is a key leadership role, responsible for driving warehouse performance, ensuring high standards of safety and efficiency and leading a strong operational team.
It’s a very exciting time to join as the business is going through rapid growth seeing turnover increase by 50% on last year, and this key strategic role will play a big part in some major projects they have planned early 2026.
The Role
As Warehouse Manager, you will take ownership of all day-to-day warehouse activity, ensuring resources, people, and processes are managed effectively. You will work closely with senior leadership to maintain smooth operations and deliver agreed performance targets.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading, developing and motivating the warehouse team to achieve service and performance targets
- Overseeing goods-in, picking, dispatch and stock control to ensure full and timely deliveries
- Managing labour planning, including agency use, holidays and absence cover
- Monitoring and improving KPIs across cost, efficiency, safety and service levels
- Ensuring compliance with all health and safety, environmental and quality standards
- Identifying and implementing process improvements to support growth and efficiency
Hours: 8am – 4pm, Monday to Friday (flexibility required)
The Person
We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager who brings strong leadership skills and a hands-on approach. You will be confident managing people, driving performance and maintaining high operational standards.
The ideal candidate will have:
- At least 5 years’ experience in warehouse management
- Strong knowledge of BRC and Food Safety standards (HACCP qualification preferred)
- Good understanding of warehouse systems
- Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
