Elevation HR are excited to be partnering with an international manufacturing and retail business in the Wakefield area, as they look to appoint an HR Advisor on an initial 3 month fixed term contract on a full-time basis.

Reporting into the Head of People, the HR Advisor will be responsible for leading on large scale projects around change and consultations including:

  • Support large-scale change programmes including restructures, TUPE, redundancies and consultation processes
  • Provide proactive HR advice and guidance to managers across manufacturing and retail operations
  • Assist with employee relations cases, ensuring policies and procedures are followed consistently
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders while helping to drive engagement and positive communication during periods of change
