Elevation Recruitment Group are delighted to be working on behalf of a Precision Manufacturing business to recruit a Quality Control Inspector into their modern facility in Sheffield. The are seeking a highly motivated career driven individual who is keen to expand on their experience. You will need resilience, drive and determination to succeed in a highly dynamic and evolving environment. This job covers dual responsibilities within the manufacturing processes; for Visual Inspection & Final cleaning of products. The primary focus is visually inspecting the products to ensure high-quality standards are maintained. Additional duties also include Ultra-sonic cleaning, Nitric-acid-passivating and occasional laser marking, and bead blasting. Occasional duties may include packing and dispatch from time to time and local deliveries. The shift pattern: Monday – Friday 7am – 3pm Pay: £11.50 – £13.30 p/h The Role: Visually inspect products for defects, burrs, blemishes Visually inspect products are clean from dirt, stains, blemishes Visually inspect products conform to laser-marking specifications on customer drawings Ultra-sonic cleaning & Passivation of components & products followed by drying in preparation for dispatch Follow standard operating procedures and work instructions, consistently meeting high quality standards…
