Job Description Are you passionate about training and development? Do you have experience with mobile plant equipment and safety training in a manufacturing environment? Elevation Recruitment Group are partnered with a Sheffield based manufacturing business who are looking to recruit a Training Coordinator! As a Training Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring that employees receive the necessary training to operate safely and effectively in their roles. You will be responsible for identifying training needs, delivering high-quality mobile plant and safety-related training, and maintaining up-to-date training records. You’ll help foster a culture of health and safety, while also ensuring compliance with mandatory training requirements across the site. Key Responsibilities: Design and deliver engaging training programs for mobile plant equipment, manual handling, abrasive wheels, and other safety-related topics. Identify training gaps, ensure role-specific training requirements are met, and coordinate necessary training to close competency gaps.
