Elevation HR are partnering with one of our dynamic and innovative clients who are dedicated to attracting top talent and fostering a culture of growth, collaboration, and success. As they continue to expand their team, they are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Talent Acquisition Manager.
As Talent Acquisition Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping the company's success by attracting and retaining exceptional talent. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies, managing the entire recruitment lifecycle, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic thinker with excellent communication and leadership skills who enjoys managing and developing large teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent across various channels, including social media, job boards, networking events, referrals.
- Lead, coach and support a large team to deliver against ambitious SLA targets, in a fast-paced environment.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment plans to meet their objectives.
- Utilise data and analytics to track recruitment metrics, analyse trends, and make data-driven decisions to continuously improve recruitment strategies and processes.
To be successful in this role you will:
- Be qualified to degree level or equivalent.

- Have experience of successfully leading & coaching a high performing recruitment team.
