Job Description
Supply Chain Controller – Sheffield – £27,500 – £29,000
Elevation Recruitment Group are proud to be partnering exclusively with an Award-Winning Engineering business in Sheffield who are looking to recruit a Supply Chain Controller to join their team.
This newly created key role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience across a variety of areas including Procurement, Haulage, Stock Control and Planning, making every day varied, challenging and rewarding
Working Hours / Benefits:
- 8am – 4pm (Monday to Friday)
- Enhanced pension (8% employer contribution)

The Role
- Oversee day-to-day production, ensuring schedules and quality standards are met
- Monitor stock levels and manage procurement of materials
- Maintain quality records and ensure compliance with company accreditations
- Manage relationships with subcontractors, clients and suppliers, ensuring specifications are met
- Work with the goods-in team to track deliveries and shipments
- Use IT systems including Excel and Xero
The Person
- Strong IT skills, particularly Excel
- Some general understanding of engineering or steel works
- Effective communication skills for liaising across teams and suppliers
