Elevation Recruitment Group are delighted to be working in partnership with a specialist medical device manufacturer in Leeds who are looking for a Specialist Trainer. This is a unique opportunity for someone with hands-on medical device manufacturing experience who enjoys coaching, mentoring and developing others whilst remaining actively involved in production activities.
As Specialist Trainer, you will play a critical role in ensuring new and existing team members are trained to the highest standards in transcatheter heart valve assembly processes. Working closely with Production Team Leaders and Quality teams, you will be responsible for delivering structured training programmes, monitoring training effectiveness, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations. You will act as a technical expert and role model within the team, helping to develop capability, drive quality standards and embed best practice throughout the manufacturing process.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and deliver structured onboarding and cross-training programmes for manufacturing technicians.
- Provide hands-on coaching and mentoring within a cleanroom manufacturing environment.
- Monitor and track training effectiveness through training KPIs and competency assessments.
- Support technicians in developing the skills required to achieve high standards.
