Elevation Recruitment Group are working with a successful and growing manufacturing business located in Yorkshire to recruit several Team Leaders to join their Site Services division covering the whole of the UK. The Site Services Team Leader role comes with a market leading basic salary + overtime + van + fuel card + credit card.
Our client is looking for an ambitious and driven hands on Site Services Team Leader who has excellent mechanical, communication, planning, and organisational skills with a safety first mindset.
Responsibilities of the Site Services Team Leader role will include:
- Be the point of communication for the customer, including safe commissioning and handovers
- Preparation and management of risk assessments and method statements
- Provide leadership to site engineering teams responsible for mechanical reactive breakdowns, machinery servicing, and some installation projects

- Level 3 qualification in Mechanical Engineering
- Experienced in leading and managing teams site services
