Elevation Recruitment Group are working with a fast-growing global managed service provider. As the business expands through acquisition, they need an experienced Zendesk specialist to own their multi-brand platform - keeping BAU running whilst leading the technical integration of newly acquired businesses. This is a hands-on configuration role with real scope. You'll work across a complex omnichannel environment, introduce AI-powered improvements, and shape platform direction for a customer base that spans multiple brands and languages.
What you'll be doing
- Administer and optimise Zendesk Support across email, messaging, web forms and voice - including triggers, automations, macros, views, and bot flows
- Lead end-to-end Zendesk design, build, and configuration for M&A integrations
- Build and improve routing logic, escalation flows, and automation to drive efficiency across brands and teams
- Develop custom integrations using REST APIs to connect Zendesk with third-party systems, including AI voice services
- Design and maintain Help Centre knowledge bases for each acquired brand
- Build dashboards and reports to give clear visibility of Customer Care metrics and system performance
- Manage sandbox and production environments through structured change-control processes
What we're looking for
- At least two years' experience as a Zendesk Administrator, configuring Zendesk Enterprise across all channels including AI features
- Proven experience of multi-brand and multi-language Zendesk environments
- Confident building custom and third-party integrations via REST APIs
- Strong analytics skills - you build dashboards and reports that drive decisions, not just display data
- Comfortable managing multiple concurrent workstreams and communicating clearly to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience working within structured change and release management processes
