Salary: £15.16 per hour + weekly bonus + overtime + excellent benefits

Elevation Recruitment Group are working with a well-established manufacturing business to recruit a Welding Inspector to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business that truly values its people and offers variety, stability, and excellent progression opportunities.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Carry out welding and quality inspections across manufacturing areas
  • Support operators in identifying and resolving non-conformances
  • Assist with developing and auditing quality control procedures
  • Perform patrol inspections and immediate containment of defects
  • Collect and record measurement data accurately

Hours & Pay:

  • Days: Mon–Thurs 07:30–16:30, Fri 07:30–13:30 (40 hrs/week)
  • Pay: £15.16/hr + £45 weekly bonus
  • Overtime: x1.5 weekday, x2.0 weekends

Experience Required:

  • Visual Weld Inspection Qualification (e.g. PCN Level 1)
  • Background in Welding/Fabrication or similar manufacturing environment
  • Ability to read engineering drawings and use measuring equipment
  • Computer literate (Word, Excel, Access)
