Elevation Recruitment Group are delighted to be supporting a global manufacturing business in the search for a Head of Quality to lead and transform their quality function at a pivotal stage of growth. The Head of Quality will take strategic ownership of the UK quality function while influencing a wider global quality network, including indirect leadership responsibility for multiple Quality Managers across international sites.
This role requires far more than maintaining compliance. The business is looking for an engaging and credible leader who can modernise and elevate a stagnated quality function, embed continuous improvement, and build a proactive quality culture aligned to future growth ambitions.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Leading and developing the Quality function across a complex manufacturing environment
- Driving business-wide quality transformation and change management initiatives
- Strengthening Quality Management Systems and ensuring compliance within highly regulated sectors
- Leading internal, customer and third-party audits
- Embedding APQP methodologies and advanced problem-solving techniques
- Developing a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence
- Influencing senior stakeholders across UK and global operations
- Coaching and mentoring Quality leadership teams across multiple sites
- Supporting strategic growth initiatives through robust quality governance
