Our client is looking for a commercially-minded Service Sales Manager to take ownership of their service, maintenance, and small works revenue stream — and grow it properly. The opportunity is there — it just needs someone to drive it, structure it, and own it.
You’ll manage and grow:
- Planned and reactive maintenance
- Small works, remedials, parts and day-rate jobs
- Ongoing service and maintenance contracts
- Contract renewals (especially converting customers after the initial 2-year maintenance period)
- Account management for major clients
This is a hands-on, commercially focused role where you’ll quote work, organise delivery and manage relationships.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Owning and growing the small works and service sales strategy
- Managing planned and reactive maintenance contracts
- Driving contract renewals and repeat business
- Acting as a key account manager for major clients
- Producing quick, accurate quotes for small works, remedials, and parts
- Coordinating logistics and working closely with the ops and engineering teams
- Being highly responsive to clients (this is a reactive, fast-moving environment)
- Identifying opportunities to cross-sell maintenance on other projects
- Turning a service department into a proper, structured, growing profit centre

- Experience in service, maintenance, or fitting operations
