Elevation Recruitment Group are supporting a leading manufacturing business based in Sheffield who are looking for a Technical Expert to join their team as a Process Metallurgist. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role where you’ll use your stainless steel expertise to help production teams and clients get the best results.
As a Process Metallurgist you will be:
- Provide technical guidance and support to customers and production teams.
- Help optimise manufacturing processes and improve product quality.
- Investigate issues, find root causes, and recommend solutions.
- Support new product developments and trials.
- Communicate complex metallurgy concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
What We’re Looking For:
- Degree in Metallurgy, Materials Science/Engineering or similar.
- Strong experience with stainless steels and machinability.
