We're looking for an experienced Organisational Development professional to lead a range of people and culture initiatives during a key period of change and development.
This role will cover talent and succession planning, skills mapping, learning and development, organisational change and employee engagement. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders to design and deliver programmes that strengthen leadership capability, support organisational effectiveness and enhance the overall colleague experience.
To be successful, you'll have a strong background in talent programmes, skills mapping and supporting delivering leadership programmes, and the confidence to influence and challenge at a senior level. Experience supporting organisational change, facilitating workshops and using data to drive decision-making will be important.
This is an excellent opportunity for an OD Advisor who enjoys combining strategic thinking with hands-on delivery and can quickly build credibility in a complex organisation.
