Elevation Recruitment Group\’s Technology & Transformation division are recruiting an IT Helpdesk Analyst to join a busy, fast-paced, well known business based in Sheffield.
- Rota shifts – hours between: Mon–Thu 07:30–17:00, Fri 07:30–16:00
- Weekend working: One in five weekends on a rota, with extra pay
This is a hands‑on role providing day‑to‑day support across multiple offices and sites, helping a user base of 650+ people.

Duties & Responsibilities of the Helpdesk Analyst:
- First point of contact for IT support, resolving hardware, software, and network issues
- Support Windows 11, Office 365, Teams, SharePoint, Azure AD, and Intune
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and mobile devices
- Liaise with 3rd party providers and escalating issues when needed
- Occasionally travel to offices and sites, including overnight stays
Skills & Experience needed:
- Helpdesk or IT support experience in a busy environment
- Strong Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Windows 11 knowledge
- Full driving licence and flexibility to travel
- COINS ERP experience is a bonus
