Elevation Recruitment Group are delighted to be partnering with one of our highly commercial and fast-paced clients who are looking to recruit an experienced HR Specialist/HR Consultant. This is to join a growing HR consultancy team supporting an SME client base.
This is a hands-on, consultancy role where you’ll act as a trusted partner to a range of clients across a diverse range of sectors from manufacturing to healthcare. This could be supporting an existing HR function or providing specific HR solutions to MD’s and Directors/Managers. The role will deliver commercially focused HR and employment law advice across the full generalist remit.
You’ll manage complex employee relations cases, support organisational change such as restructures and reorganisations, draft HR documentation, policy and procedures, and contribute to value-added services such as employment law updates, delivering learning & training, projects and audits. By developing strong relationships with clients you’ll support businesses on their growth and success through effective people support.
About you:
- CIPD Level 5 (or minimum 5+ years HR experience)
- Strong HR generalist/advisory/business partnering background
- Solid expertise of UK employment law
- Confident managing complex ER cases and formal processes
- Experience of delivering training and coaching on people/HR related subjects
- Commercially minded with excellent influencing client relationship skills
- Willingness to travel to meet with and support a broad range of clientele
- Confident to work autonomously as well as working as part of a team when you need support
