Elevation HR are currently working with a not-for-profit organisation in Sheffield to identify a HR Partner to join the existing HR team on a full-time basis for a 12-18 month fixed term contract. Working closely with the Head of HR, other HR Partners as well as L&D and Admin, the role will support the Senior Leadership team with a fully generalist remit. This will include:

  • Manage complex, end-to-end employee relations cases, with a focus on safeguarding and mental health
  • Provide expert guidance on maternity processes and family-friendly policies
  • Partner with stakeholders to deliver people-focused projects, including workforce planning and wellbeing initiatives
  • Act as a trusted advisor to managers on HR best practice and people strategy
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes and employee experience
  • Support the organisation through the upcoming merger, ensuring smooth people integration and change management

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working within non-for-profit organisations, healthcare, education, housing or similar industries.
