Operating across the UK, this role will lead and develop a national surveying function, ensuring high standards of delivery, performance, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day management of surveying teams
- Develop and support Surveyors, Project Managers, and regional leadership
- Manage subcontract surveying resources in line with business demand
- Oversee national activity planning and operational delivery
- Produce and analyse national performance reports and statistics
- Attend key stakeholder and core group meetings
- Build and maintain strong client relationships across the UK
