We are recruiting for a well-established commercial retail business in Sheffield looking to appoint an experienced Customer Operations Manager to become the operational heartbeat of the company. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where you’ll coordinate people, schedules, logistics and customer communication to ensure the business runs smoothly day to day. You’ll act as the central point of contact between internal sales teams, warehouse operations, subcontractors and customers - resolving issues quickly, managing priorities and keeping projects on track. This role would suit someone who thrives in a busy environment, enjoys problem solving and can confidently manage multiple moving parts at once.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinating operational schedules and logistics
