Elevation Recruitment Group's Business Support team are partnering with a leading organisation to recruit an experienced Business & Incident Relationship Manager to join a critical operational resilience function. This is an opportunity for an individual who performs at their best in fast-paced, high-pressure environments and can confidently coordinate business-wide responses to major incidents while engaging with senior stakeholders.
As the Business & Incident Relationship Manager, you will take ownership of the organisation's response to significant operational events, ensuring effective communication, coordination, and decision-making across multiple business functions. Working closely with operational, risk, technology, and leadership teams, you'll ensure disruption is minimised while maintaining focus on customers, colleagues, and business continuity.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and coordinate the response to major business incidents and operational disruptions.
- Act as the central communication point during high-severity events.
- Work collaboratively with Business Continuity, Risk, Technology, and Operational teams.
- Provide clear direction and escalation to senior leadership where required.
- Manage communications relating to customer and operational impact.
- Drive post-incident reviews, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Produce reporting and management information for key stakeholders.
- Support and develop an Incident Analyst within the team.
