Our client has an active acquisition pipeline - meaning this role sits at the centre of some genuinely interesting and complex change. This is not a typical BA role.

You'll work alongside the Integration Project Manager to define and document Target Operating Models across process, organisation, systems, data, and culture - mapping what acquired businesses look like today and designing what they need to become tomorrow.
