Senior Quantity Surveyor – Permanent | Reports to Commercial Manager | Hybrid working available
We’re working with a market leading company looking to hire a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team. This role will see you take ownership of project finances, client applications, and subcontractor accounts, while working closely with Project and Site Managers.
What you’ll be doing
- Preparing Applications for Payment and securing approvals
- Managing Final Accounts and recovering retention
- Issuing and managing Sub-Contract Works Orders and variations
- Reviewing and approving subcontractor applications
- Producing reports and supporting the Commercial Manager
What we’re looking for
- Degree in Quantity Surveying
- Experience in a QS role
- Strong MS Word and Excel skills
- Excellent communication and the ability to work independently
