Senior Procurement Manager – Hull/Hybrid – Circa £50,000 + Bonus

This is a newly created key role will help to continue to build on the wealth of capability and expertise the company holds.

Senior Procurement Manager Duties:
- Managing the Professional Services frameworks
- Working closely with internal consultants to identify and bring opportunities to the business to support the achievement of the strategic goals
- Responsible for line managing a Framework Manager
- Working with all the consultants on the framework to promote Construction frameworks alongside Regional Delivery Managers
- Supporting the Regional Delivery Managers with client enquiries around portfolio of frameworks
- Working with the internal marketing team to identify opportunities to promote frameworks
- Expediting and managing general enquiries
- Compiling business dashboards
- Reviewing tender notifications for potential projects
- Working with the procurement team to manage the tender process through the internal portal
- Ensuring Framework targets are met and/or exceeded
Hours: Full time Monday – Friday (Flexitime)
Required skills & experience:
- Have an understanding of public sector procurement and frameworks
- Understand the importance of good supplier management processes
- Great interpersonal skills with an ability to communicate effectively at all levels and be comfortable with delivering presentations
- Confident, assertive, able to work independently and make decisions without the requirement for continuous supervision
