Elevation HR are partnering with a leading tech firm in Sheffield in the appointment of an Interim HR Consultant / HR Advisor. Reporting to the senior HR leadership, this role is key to supporting managers on all aspects of HR, delivering the HR strategy and ensuring high-impact HR support across the business both in the UK and EMEA.

Working closely with centres of excellence, the role will partner closely with business leaders to strengthen performance, workforce planning, and overall organisational effectiveness.
- Act as a trusted HR advisor, building strong relationships with managers and stakeholders
- Support delivery of EMEA HR strategy in collaboration with HRBP, Talent, and HR Operations
- Lead on employee relations cases, including investigations and absence/long-term sickness management
- Use HR analytics to identify trends and drive improvements in performance, attrition, and absence
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning to improve hiring outcomes
- Contribute to talent management, succession planning, and leadership development
- Promote HR best practice and ensure compliance with policies and employment legislation
- Deliver inductions and support continuous improvement of HR processes
- Coach and support junior HR team members
Solid HR experience in a fast-paced environment. Strong ER knowledge and commercial approach. Data-driven, proactive, and solutions-focused.
