This is a brilliant new opportunity for a Manufacturing Manager to join a leading global manufacturing business based near Stockport, Cheshire. As Manufacturing Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the production process to ensure an efficient and effective operation.
Up to £65,000 plus bonus, pension
Manage schedule adherence of production Operations
Manage resources so that all areas are fully manned where required.
Communicate and feedback any scheduling or quality issues
Attend quality meeting and participate in NCR activities through RCCA
Attend pre-production meetings to represent the production facility and ensure that any concerns or complications are highlighted.
Run daily production meetings on the shop floor
Drive a culture of 5S workplace organisation, H&S & quality.
Lead and motivate teams of production workers, Team Leaders, and support staff.
Employee engagement and satisfactory training completion.
Production cycle time. Elevation Engineering & Manufacturing would be keen to speak with Production Manager’s with the following skills and experiences:
Apprentice trained CNC Machinist
Significant exposure to Lean Manufacturing & Continuous Improvement methodologies
Production / Shift Management experience within a CNC Machining environment would be ideal
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, production planning, and quality control methodologies.
Proficiency in using manufacturing software, ERP systems, and other relevant tools for production management and analysis.
