Elevation Recruitment Group are working with a leading PLC business who are looking for a Senior Maintenance Engineer to join their facility near Mansfield.
Salary: £52,500 + bonus
Shifts: 4 on 4 off shift pattern (rotation of days/nights)
Duties of the Senior Maintenance Engineer will include:
Provide support to the Engineering Team and deputise for the Engineering Shift Manager
Deliver site-based maintenance to minimise downtime and ensure uptime and availability of the installed automated equipment on site
Carrying out maintenance and servicing automated equipment
Deliver training/coaching to the Team
We would like to speak with Senior Maintenance Engineers with the following:
Engineering Apprenticeship, ONC/HNC or equivalent qualification
Working with automated material handling systems
Experienced Team Leader/Manager
A working understanding of Mechanical, Electrical and Electronic technical manuals & drawings.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Basic understanding of control systems and techniques
Ability to work in a time critical environment
