Elevation HR are looking for an experienced Senior HR Business Partner for a 12 month FTC to support manufacturing operations. This is a strategic, high impact role in a heavily unionised environment. A critical part of the position is leading complex Industrial Relations activity. You must have proven, hands-on experience managing and driving Trade Union negotiations at a senior level.
What you’ll be doing:
- Acting as a trusted partner to senior leaders and executive teams, aligning HR strategy to business objectives
- Leading Industrial Relations strategy and day-to-day activity across manufacturing
- Driving complex Trade Union negotiations, consultations and bargaining discussions
- Managing organisational change and ensuring strong engagement throughout
- Influencing and constructively challenging senior stakeholders to improve performance and culture
- Line managing and developing a HR Business Partner
