Our client is looking for a commercially-minded Service Sales Manager to take ownership of their service, maintenance, and small works revenue stream — and grow it properly. The opportunity is there — it just needs someone to drive it, structure it, and own it.

You’ll manage and grow:

  • Planned and reactive maintenance
  • Small works, remedials, parts and day-rate jobs
  • Ongoing service and maintenance contracts
  • Contract renewals (especially converting customers after the initial 2-year maintenance period)
  • Account management for major clients

This is a hands-on, commercially focused role where you’ll quote work, organise delivery and manage relationships.
