This key role within the hydraulic systems product group focuses on developing new business, managing dealer relationships, supporting product demonstrations and ensuring an excellent customer experience.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Actively grow the dealer and premium partner network across the UK and Ireland
- Plan and execute structured sales activities to identify, approach and engage new dealers
- Organise and facilitate exhibitions and events and serve as a key representative of the business
- Conduct structured sales visits to drive product awareness
- Enhance and manage relationships with the existing Dealer Network and Premium Partners to maximise sales potential
Sales Performance & Forecasting
- Achieve sales, margin and performance targets within the hydraulic levelling system segment
- Support with the sales forecasting
- Complete accurate weekly, monthly and quarterly sales reporting
- Maintain accurate record of sales activity, pipeline opportunities and customer interactions
Market Engagement & Representation
- Monitor market trends, customer needs and competitor activity; share insights internally and adjust sales strategies accordingly
- Support marketing initiatives and promotional activities to increase product visibility
Dealer Onboarding & Customer Support
- Coordinate the onboarding of new dealers, including conducting product demonstrations where required
Key Requirements:
- Previous sales experience, ideally within an automotive, RV, caravan, or technical hydraulic systems role
- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Ability to conduct product demonstrations and explain technical concepts clearly
- Self-motivated, target-driven and comfortable working independently
- Full UK driving licence; willingness to travel across the UK & Ireland
