Elevation Recruitment Group are currently working with a well-established manufacturing business in Rotherham to recruit a Visual / Dimensional Inspector to join their quality team. This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong eye for detail and hands-on experience within inspection and quality control in a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carrying out visual and dimensional inspections on manufactured components
- Using measuring equipment including verniers, calipers and gauges
- Ensuring products meet strict quality and engineering standards
- Identifying and reporting defects or non-conformance issues
- Completing inspection reports and quality documentation accurately
- Working closely with production teams to maintain quality throughout the process
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience in a quality inspection or manufacturing role
- Confident using measuring equipment such as verniers, calipers and gauges
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects
- Good understanding of quality standards within a production environment
- Reliable, proactive and able to work independently
