You will manage your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion, working within a collaborative and professional environment with excellent support around you.
The Role:
- Handling a varied caseload including:
- Sales & purchases
- Freehold & leasehold transactions
- Remortgages
- Transfers of equity
- Help to Buy funded transactions
- Commercial Property experience would be advantageous
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience within Residential Conveyancing
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong client care skills with a professional approach
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comprehensive understanding of current AML requirements
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Leadership qualities and the ability to manage a busy workload effectively
- A following of clients/referral contacts would be advantageous
