You will manage your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion, working within a collaborative and professional environment with excellent support around you.

The Role:

  • Handling a varied caseload including:
  • Sales & purchases
  • Freehold & leasehold transactions
  • Remortgages
  • Transfers of equity
  • Help to Buy funded transactions
  • Commercial Property experience would be advantageous

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience within Residential Conveyancing
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong client care skills with a professional approach
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Comprehensive understanding of current AML requirements
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Leadership qualities and the ability to manage a busy workload effectively
  • A following of clients/referral contacts would be advantageous
