Rotherham | Flexible Part-Time Hours (Across 5 Days) | Up to £28,000 Pro Rata (Depending on Hours & Experience)

The Role

Working closely with the commercial and finance teams, you will provide essential administrative support across sales, customer service, export documentation, office coordination, and commercial processes.

Responsibilities include:

  • Processing customer orders and maintaining accurate records
  • Preparing quotations and supporting the commercial team
  • Assisting with export and shipping documentation (training provided)
  • Responding to customer enquiries and providing exceptional service
  • Processing purchase orders and invoices
  • Updating internal databases and CRM systems
  • Preparing reports and KPI information
  • Coordinating travel arrangements and general office administration
  • Organising digital and physical filing systems as the business transforms digitally
  • Supporting various projects to improve efficiency and streamline processes

About You

We are looking for someone proactive, organised, and who takes ownership of their work. You will be comfortable working independently while being part of a collaborative team. Ideal candidates will have:

  • Previous experience within office administration or commercial support
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Experience using Sage or another accounting package (desirable)
  • Confidence communicating with customers and colleagues
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
  • A willingness to learn and embrace new challenges
  • Experience with export documentation advantageous; training can be provided
